Kelly Allanson is a Vancouverite by birth, growing up exploring the coastal regions by sail boat and the local trails by foot. Nature has always been an integral part of her designs and is often seen throughout it. Incorporating found objects or colourful stones, her work is a myriad of organic textures and techniques.
Kelly graduated from VCC Jewellery Art & Design Program in 2000 and has since spent her time travelling throughout North America. Now resettled back in Vancouver with her family, She can be found sitting at her bench creating jewellery or teaching workshops.
A well versed and exceptional instructor in many jewellery techniques. Kelly shares knowledge willingly and easily. As a jeweler and an artist, self expression is a fundamental part of her teachings and personal designs.
